Our Story US Foods,LLC, is located in the Heartland and manufactures a variety of unique and speciality food ingredients from cereal grains, rice, beans, peas, and lentils. We serve customers throughout North America and around the world. Our roots date back to the 1920's and the fields of the western Nebraska Panhandle. Chester B. Brown was a farmer who agreed to market the dry beans grown by his friends and neighbors. Since then, we have become a leader in developing new ingredients that enhance the quality, value and consistency of finished products. Our clean, modern production, packaging, warehouse and laboratory facilities utilize many state-of-the-art technologies that allow us to offer a broad range of ingredients, finished products and services to the food industry. Our diverse capabilities, including many proprietary processes, allow us to customize an ingredient to meet a particular need or application. In 1999 US Foods added private label and contract manufacturing services for breakfast cereals and snacks to our extensive line of products and services.
